Privacy Policy

When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect the information you provide so we can respond and schedule service. This includes:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• The service address where the vehicle is located.
• Vehicle details, including year, make, model, trim, engine size, and optional VIN.
• The service you are requesting.
• Notes about symptoms, requested parts, or anything else you choose to tell us about the vehicle.
• Your preferred service date.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your booking request and provide a quote.
• Schedule and confirm your appointment.
• Communicate with you about the work, including any changes or additional approvals needed.
• Keep a record of the services performed for warranty, billing, and follow-up purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when necessary to perform the service you requested — for example, with a parts supplier if we need to verify compatibility or arrange a special order — or if we are required to do so by law.

We keep booking records for business, tax, and warranty purposes. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will remove details that are not required to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. Information we must retain will be stored securely and only used for those required purposes.

You can ask to view, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor requests that are not prevented by legal or business record-keeping requirements.
