Do I need to be there while you work?+
Not the whole time. As long as we can get to the vehicle and the keys, you can go about your day. We'll walk you through what was done when we finish.
Can you work at my apartment or job?+
Usually, yes — as long as the property allows vehicle work in the parking area. If you're not sure, ask us when you book.
When do I pay?+
Payment is due when the agreed-upon work is completed. See our Services & Policies page for details.
What if the weather is bad?+
If it's not safe to work outside, we'll reach out and reschedule with you.
